Quantum Contrax Ltd was formed by Lawrie Burich in 2007 and previously operated as L.Burich Building Contractors for 16 years in Samoa. Establishing a reputation amongst both architects and clients for soundly constructed, professionally managed, and well finished, detailed projects.

We have completed projects for the US Embassy, NZ High Commission, ANZ Bank (Samoa) and the LDS Church of Samoa to name a few. We also specialise in both residential and commercial projects & have constructed two well known beach resorts here in Samoa - Sinalei Reef Resort & Sa'moana Resort

From concept to completion we strive to provide for our clients a unique building experience. We take the hassle out of building so you can enjoy the process of watching your dream home or commercial building take shape.

Before building we carefully consult with you to find out what sort of home or building you want, what styles you prefer and what your budget is.  If you’ve picked your own architect we’ll happily work with them or we can design something that you are looking for, you choose.

Quantum employs a team of 14 staff and additional sub-contractors to ensure your project runs smoothly from start to finish. Our quality construction is well-known in Samoa and is backed by our Guarantee of Workmanship.

We are also the preferred builder and authorised distributor for 'Lockwood and Initial Homes' in Samoa which have been designed for very high wind zones & seismic activity. A range of their plans are available for viewing on their website.
